A butterfly goes through several stages of growth: egg, larva (caterpillar), pupa (chrysalis), and adult. The mother butterfly will lay her egg on the type of leaf the caterpillar eats. The caterpillar will form itself into a pupa and the body parts will go through a remarkable transformation or metamorphosis. Finally, when all of the changes have taken place, the butterfly is ready to emerge. The caterpillar gains strength as it struggles to tear out of the chrysalis. Although this process is long and difficult, the caterpillar knows that without the struggle, it will not have the strength to fly.
At times, our lives may go through a similar process. We go through changes, struggles, and challenges but we must be like the butterfly and decide that we will persevere despite our obstacles. We have the power within us to emerge as victorious beings who are able to succeed at whatever we focus on. Resolve today, to succeed against the odds.
Wishing you an abundance of blessings,
Susie

I AM
A few months ago, the ladies of Women: Blessed & Highly Favored were having a conversation about being in our I Amness. We were affirming our inner power and going through a process of total self-acceptance. As I was reading Andy Dooley's list of I Am statements, I recalled the conversation that took place with the ladies. I liked the statements so much that I decided to put all of them on a document and make it available for everyone. I will also provide a copy of the wealth card I created as part of my Prosperity Power Pak. If you are on a journey to achieve consciousness, then I think both of these items will be very useful to you. Keep checking back often because there will be more good stuff in the future since I am operating on such a high creative frequency. The card is compact, so keep it with you at all times. I would suggest you glue the I Am document on a piece of construction paper, laminate it, and post it in a visible place.
You are welcomed to have the FREE items: I Am document & wealth card. Email me suzannhar@gmail.com & I will gladly send them to you.
I am also having a pre-launch for the Prosperity Power Pak. More information is available upon request. If you are looking to attract more prosperity into your life, then this package will do just that.
Please share this blog with family and friends.
Embrace your I Amness,
Susie

Law of Attraction Goody Bag
Law of Attraction Goody Bag
The Law of Attraction is the hottest topic right now and it comes up in my conversations on a regular basis. It will be one of the topics discussed during my Dream On Workshop.
As I was working on my workshop materials, I thought about myparticipants.
What is something memorable that I can give?
Many teachers give "survival kits" to their students on the first day of school. The kits usually include small items like an eraser, a sticker, a penny, a happy face ball, etc. Each item represents a feel good thought and all of the thoughts are printed on a piece of paper which are placed in a baggie, pouch, or some other container. Here are some examples: Sticker: We will stick together because we are a team. Penny: You add value to our class.
Well, I thought about putting a little twist to this old favorite. I will call my gift, The Law of Attraction Goody Bag and it will be filled with similar items, but they will represent something different. Here are the items:
Dollar bill: You are a money magnet.
Tiny seed: With a little faith you can accomplish great things.
Candy: Life is filled with many sweet moments if you pay attention.
Rubber band: Stretch beyond your self-imposed limits.
Wax mouth: Speak words of power.
Stick of gum: Stick to your plan and don't stray.
Mini ball: You have the power to bounce back from a setback.
Toothpick: Pick things that add value to your life.
Eraser: Mistakes are in the past and you can start again.
Tea: Be grateful and take time to enjoy life's pleasures.
It would probably be nice to include some powerful, inspirational quotes as well.
This easy gift idea can be adapted and used for different occasions.
Remember, you already have everything you need to succeed.
Wishing you all the best,
Susie

A Blessed You Conference 2009
Wow! It really happened! The First Annual, 2009 A Blessed You Conference was held December 5, 2009, in Conyers, Georgia. It was such a great success! I am so grateful to the participants who came out to support our efforts. I have just one word for our speakers---awesome.
Tracy Jackson delivered a very inspiring message, An Inside Job and Consuela Whitfield of Temple Builders, got us out of our seats to do some body moves. We ended with my message, The Power of Get. We also appreciate the following vendors who displayed their products: Talesha Savage-Early Leap Learning Academy(earlyleap.webs.com), Roslyn Hayward (marykay.com/rhayward), Patricia Mitchell (showandtellenterprise.com), Sherrie Cotton-For Love or Money (dramagirlbooks.com), Deborah Williams (warehouseimports.com), and Verneita Washington-So You Know You Are Never Alone (authorshouse.com). Yes, we are already making plans for 2010 and we hope to see you there.
Be blessed! Be empowered! Be encouraged!

The Power of a Thought
What are you feeling right now? What are you experiencing? Believe it or not, the events and experiences of your life are a result of your thoughts. You have the power to make your life whatever you want it to be. "If you want it to be, you have to make it be." A single thought can become a million dollar invention. Everything you are using, eating, or reading all started with a simple thought. Lonnie Anderson's invention of the Supersoaker, a toy enjoyed by millions of children, was first a thought.Thought comes before action. In order for anything to manifest, there must be consistent thought and action. If there is something you don't know how to do, the answer is simple. Just start! When you think about, it makes a lot of sense. When you start, you are taking action. Action produces results. You are acting on your belief that deep down inside you really do know how to do it. I say it this way. "If you tell yourself you can, then you can." Henry Ford said it a different way, "Whether you think you can, or think you can't...you're right." The greatest predictor of your success in life has nothing to do with how you look, what kind of car you drive, or how many degrees you have. Your success depends on your thoughts. Start right now by blocking every negative thought you have. Think it and truly believe it! Be blessed everyday! Susie
